Please read these terms carefully before using PetCarePro. By using our app or website you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the PetCarePro mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PetCarePro. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use PetCarePro. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in through a supported third-party provider such as Google or Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at mksoltech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use of the App
You agree to use PetCarePro only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- cancelProvide false or misleading information in your account or pet profiles.
- cancelUpload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
- cancelAttempt to access, probe, or interfere with our systems or other users' accounts.
- cancelReverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its data.
- cancelUse the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Pet Data and Content
You retain ownership of the information, photos, and records you upload. By uploading content, you grant PetCarePro a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of pet health and medical information you enter. PetCarePro does not verify veterinary records or medical data.
You own your pet's data.
Any information, photos, or medical records you upload remain your property.
Subscriptions and Billing
PetCarePro may offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing, features, and billing terms will be displayed at the time of purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.
Disclaimers
PetCarePro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
PetCarePro does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health. Reminders and tracking features are organizational aids only and do not replace professional veterinary care.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetCarePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars if you use the free tier.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by contacting us at mksoltech@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
