We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is a permanent action. Please review the information below to understand what will be removed and how to proceed in compliance with global privacy standards.

How to Delete Your Account

    Open the PetCarePro app and sign in to your account.

  2. 2

    Go to Profile (Settings tab) at the bottom of the screen.

  3. 3

    Scroll to Account Settings and tap Delete Account.

  4. 4

    Confirm the deletion when prompted.

  5. 5

    Your data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.

Unable to access the app? Email us at mksoltech@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we will process your request within 30 days.
