• fiber_manual_recordDevice information: device type, operating system, and a push notification token (FCM) if you enable alerts.
• fiber_manual_recordSupport messages: name, email, subject, and message content when you contact us.

02. How We Use Data

PetCarePro uses trusted third-party services to operate the app. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations:

• fiber_manual_recordGoogle Sign-In and Apple Sign-In: account authentication when you choose those options.
• fiber_manual_recordVercel: hosting for our backend API services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and pet records from our active systems within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

06. Your Rights

You have full control over your personal information. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.

You can delete your account through Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or contact us at mksoltech@gmail.com to exercise your rights.

07. Children's Privacy

PetCarePro is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
